History

Dana was born in Hamilton, Ohio and lived there until she was four. She then moved to Pleasant Run Farms (NorthWest District) until she completed 3rd grade. She then moved to Fairfield in fourth grade and has remained there ever since. Dana played soccer from age 4 thru age 13, Basketball from 3rd grade until 8th grade, began playing T-ball when she was four and this past summer she decided to put her love of softball on hold and focus primarialy on volleyball, Dana started intramural volleyball in the sixth grade and plans to play for as long as possible.

College plans

I would like to pursue my interest in becoming a volleyball recruiter/scout. I am also interested in real estate but would also like to able to further my volleyball career without interfearing too much with my studies.

2005 sophomore year Varsity starting Libero

2006 junior year (2nd year Varsity) Starting Libero; was named Fairfield High School's Student athlete of the week, was ranked 6th in digs in the Greater Cincinnati area (listed in the Cincinnati Enquirer) Ended up in the top 5 in the GMC for digs, was named first team All-GMC, and first team All-City. Stats: 15 aces, 315 digs.

2002-06 Fairfield High School-Named camper of the week in 02-05 and named camper of the day in 06. Based on dedication, using the skills learned at camp, leadership, positive attitude, and being vocal.

2004 she attended the Kaepa Borderline hitting clinic.

2007 she attended the Ohio Elite volleyball camp (OHSVCA)
